Features and Enhancements

Web :

Homely Remedies:

These can now be added to the Medication Schedule. They follow the same flow as other medications, appearing in the Mobile App, Medication Administered and the MAR Chart.

Team override

CBM automatically passes a parent record’s responsible team down to its child records. This saves admin, but it can sometimes give people access to records they don’t need to see, such as sensitive attachments. This matters more as additional records are made available in the Mobile App.

To help, users with the new “Can Override Auto Cascade of Responsible Team Assignment” security profile can now assign a different responsible team to child records using the existing Assign Team feature. This means you can create teams with increased access levels and assign them where needed. Users who aren’t members of a record’s team won’t see it in the web or Mobile App.

Runs

Audit tab- The Runs drawer now has an Audit tab, so you can see a record of changes made to Runs.

New mail merge report - The Provider record has a new mail merge report listing all Runs and the staff assigned to them.

Security

Improved protection against username and account enumeration when using CBM internal authentication.

Admission and Discharge fields:

The Person Admissions and Discharges section has a refreshed layout and new fields.

  • Admission details: a read-only Person field in the General section, “Admitted to” (Provider lookup), and “Subject of Care Admitted to” (Service Type lookup).
  • Discharge details: “Discharged From” (Provider lookup).
Bulk assign staff on the Roster

You can now assign staff to multiple bookings with unallocated staff slots at once on the Person Diary Wallchart.

Homely Remedies:

These can now be added to the Medication Schedule. They follow the same flow as other medications, appearing in the Mobile App, Medication Administered and the MAR Chart.

Correct “Administered By”

The “Administered By” field on Medication Administered can now be updated using the data correction feature. The change also updates “Completed By” on the linked Medication Diary record, and therefore the MAR Chart. You’ll need the “Bulk Edit”, “Can Correct Error” and “CP Medication Administration – Edit” security profiles.

API

Training Requirements Setup can now be created and updated via the API.

Diary Booking Staff records can now be Deleted

Mobile

Recent Bookings

Within Bookings, you can now see any bookings for the person from the past 7 days.

Edit Food and Fluids

Food and Fluids records in the Residential Care area can now be edited after they’ve been completed.

Login improvements

We’ve made it easier to get back into the app, especially if you work in areas with little or no signal.

  • If you haven’t fully closed the app and your token hasn’t expired, you’ll now see the PIN screen when the app loses focus or the connection drops.
  • If you see the full login screen while your token is still valid, switch to offline mode. The username box changes to “PIN”, and you can enter the PIN you created.
