Feature Updates

Mobile App Medications for Location Bookings

Medications have been added to Locations Bookings (Booking Type 1 - eg Residential Care Home Visits) in the Mobile App. This tab will show in the Mobile App when the Business Module 'eMAR Dom' is turned on and the Person has a MAR Schedule in the Web App.

Commissioned Hours Information for Rostering

The Person Diary will now show the number of Hours the Person has booked with Staff members compared to the Number of Care Hours Commissioned for the current week.

The Number of Care Hours Commissioned can be recorded per Contract in the Person > Contract > 'Hours of Care Commissioned' field.

When in the Person > 'Diary' view the Hours of Care Commissioned will be shown based on the Person Contract Selected.

The current week total is identified based on the date selected in the Diary screen and the Starting day of the week set in the System Setting 'CPStaffTimesheet.Settings.DayOfWeek'. (This setting is also used in the mail merge timesheets and rotas released in 2024)

For example if Monday the 28th of July 2025 is the date selected in the Person Diary and 'CPStaffTimesheet.Settings.DayOfWeek' = Sunday, then the weeks total will be the total number of hours booked with Staff for the Person from Sunday 27th of July to Saturday the 2nd of August.

If in the example above there is a booking from 11pm on Saturday the 26th of July to 6am Sunday the 27th of July for 1 Staff member then 6 hours would be counted in the total for the week starting Sunday the 27th of July and 2 hours for the week starting Sunday the 20th of July.

Travel Reimbursements, including commute journeys

Additional features have been added to the Travel Reimbursements area of the system including the option to Pay full or partial commute journeys - please see this guide for more information Setting Up Travel Reimbursements

Mobile and System Application Performance

Significant improvements have been made to the Mobile App and We App performance which will reduce the number of timeout and syncing issues.
