Add Mobile User Security Profile to System User

Users of the Mobile App will require an additional Security Profile added to their System User account in the Web App prior to using the Mobile App.

You will first need to go through the process of Adding Security Profiles to a System User.

You are required to attach the Mobile User (Rostered User) Security Profile to the System User. The details and access and displayed below:

This Security Profile will allow the user to access the applicable features in both the Mobile and Web applications, although the records that users have permission to see remains governed by the use of Teams, Providers and Business Units (see the System Admin category).

System Users will require a valid and active Employment Contract linked to a Provider in order to use the mobile app.
