Configure System Settings for Emails

In Care Cloud you will now need to configure your System Settings.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Configuration > System Management > System Settings.
  2. Update following settings in order to send emails through Microsoft 365.

Custom headers in Name,Value format.

Header name must have no spaces and start with x-. Name and value are to be separated by commas (,) and tuples by |.

Example:

x-my-custom-header1-name,my custom value 1|x-my-custom-header2-name,my custom value 2.

Note: Header names must not match system and not be repeated.
