Feature Updates

Marked for Deletion

A new "Marked for Deletion" field has been added to the "Person" record. This is set to yes if there is an ‘active’ File Destruction entry for this Person where the Schedule date for destruction is not null and the Status is Pending or Approved.

This is a Read Only field for the user

The field is available on the Person API and advanced search

Forgotten Password Email and Pin Message

Wording updated in these messages to specify "Care Cloud" product

Session Expiry

The session expiry duration has been unified across multiple browser tabs. A user will receive a warning after reaching the expiry duration on any open tab, and the choice to extend the session will be applicable across all open tabs. This prevents a session expiring on one tab while the user is able to continue working in a second.

Regular Care Tasks

Regular Care Tasks can now be added to a Person's Care Plan, and linked to specific actions from the active Care Plan. For further information please see the article: Recording a Care Plan.

Provider Schedule and Provider Diary Filters

New filters have been added which will provide the ability to filter by Contract Type and Contract Role.

Gender Preferences

This new setting will try to match the Staff's gender with the people's preferred gender.

Creating New Annual Leave Bookings

When creating a new annual leave booking over existing bookings, the existing annual leave booking will be deleted and any booking that other booking type for that member of staff will be unassigned.

Audit history Tab

The History Tab now displays more information for the audit trail including all actions that have occurred regarding a booking or schedule.

Processing Express Booking

We have added the commencing week date on the screen for processing scheduled bookings.

Deceased People Validation

A new validation has been added which prevents any new bookings against a deceased person.
