The top main navigation menu is accessed at the top of the page and is displayed as follows:

The following items are available from the top main menu:

Description

Return to the home screen.

Perform an Advanced Search.

This is a powerful search tool that allows you to perform detailed searches of records. You can build and save your favourite searches as record views and reports. These views can also be edited or shared with other system users.

Perform a Person Search.

This enables you to search for Person records according to the specified criteria.

Access pinned Case / Person records.

Access bookmarked pages.

You can bookmark pages you visit often, for example, People we Support.

Revisit recently viewed records.

You may be working on People or System User records, this option will contain a list of 50 recently viewed records.

Access your notifications.

View and create notifications to send to others.

Access helpful articles (like this one), Product Announcements and Release Notes.

The Product Hub is a managed area where you can access useful resources to help you get the best out of your system.

View/edit your user profile.

Allows you to do the following:

  • View/edit your user profile
  • Change your password
  • Change your default Team
  • Change Team visibility
  • Generate a one-time password*
  • Sign out of Care Cloud

*For System Administrators only.
