Enhancements

  • Rostering User Experience - Express Book

    The existing Express Book functionality has been enhanced with a new, easily accessible feature, enabling users to initiate an Express Book directly from the Roster screen.

A new button can be found on the “Staff” and the “Cared for Person” individual schedule screen and we will roll this out to the Provider and Person schedule screens in a future release.

 

This new button can be found in the top right hand corner of the Schedule Screen:

A dialogue box appears on screen with the 'Regarding' data cohort pre selected based on the Roster screen being used. 'Last Published' information has been added to help the user see when this data cohort was last published. When 'Publish' is selected a scheduled job will run within 5 minutes of the selected time, the bookings from the scheduled will then appear in the Diary Screen.

The old "Express Book" option is still available in the main menu but has been renamed "Publish Bookings Management" to better reflect its purpose. From here, users have all the features they had previously.

Terminology Update

The term "Express Book" has been replaced with "Publish Bookings" in keeping with standard industry terms.

  • Commissioned Hours

The commission hours Diary feature added in the v6.4.20 release has been further enhanced to dynamically take into account any filters added to the screen.

New Features

  • Ability to redact sensitive information

A new security profile has been added to control the access to sensitive data on Staff Records, in addition to the role based access already in place.

All user will have this sensitive information redacted by default following this release, until the new security profile is added to the user or a Persona they use.

The new Security Profile is "System User - GDPR Fields"

Please note, there is already a Security Profile named "System User - Secure Fields" which also redacts a smaller set of fields on the System User. If the user has "System User - Secure Fields" and does not have "System User - GDPR Fields" they will still see the fields which are commonly controlled on both - such as 'NI Number'

  • Pay Extract

Project Code has been added to the Pay Extract, containing the Customer Account Code from the Cared For Person Record.

  • Provider new Split Shift fields

Provider records now include new Minimum and Maximum Split Shift fields, which currently do not affect the system's logic but are designed to support future enhancements and will be utilised in an upcoming minor release to improve functionality.

We have identified additional queries and syncing issues caused by timeouts from the users logs.  We have now implemented targeted fixes to resolve these problems.

Resolved an issue preventing the Staff members look up for Witness of Controlled Drugs appearing in the mobile app for Location based bookings. The Staff list will now work the same as the "Staff Required" look up for Care Records in mobile , only showing Staff who share the Business Unit as the logged in User and are of type "Rostered System User"
