How to use Mail Merge to Download Gross Pay Advice(s)

You can download Gross Pay Advice in PDF format using a mail merge template to extract pay details for Booking Payments, Expenses, NMW Top Ups and Travel Reimbursements for a single or multiple Employee records.

To download Gross Pay Advice using mail merge:

  1. Navigate to Finance > Finance > Payroll Batches. The 'Payroll Batches' page is displayed.
  2. Select a Payroll Batch record to see the details.
  3. Select the Booking Payments tab.
  1. Select any record(s) from the list, and then choose the Create a mail merge document for the selected records button. The 'Mail Merge' dialog is displayed:

  1. Select the Mail Merge Template for the Gross Pay Advice to use.
  2. Select the OK button.

Your browser will download the file automatically.
