Upcoming In The Next Release:
Key Schema Changes
- The Enquires/Person Tracking form which can be found within a Person record will have 9 fields (shown below) of Picklist fields removed and re-released as Look Up Fields which use Reference Data Tables. This will allow better levels of control for customer to use these fields. Data already recorded in these fields will be copied across to the new fields.
It is important that any use of these fields are also updated in your system (for example if you have configured Workflows or Advanced Searches to use these fields they will need to be edited to use the new fields)

- New timeline view and validations for EMAR

Charging and Pay
- Two different funders for the same service at varying rates based on the booking details and contract service rate periods
- Multi-select booking payments for credit and replace within the payroll batch
- Record an expected end date against Person Contract Records to allow planning for when services are likely to end and generate reports based on this information
- Applying Restrictions to Reportable Events
- New option for Booking Type Grouping when using the Clone functionality

- Add a new "Finance Transactions" tab to Diary Booking to Person, visible when Booking Type Class (internal/external activity and booking to service user), showing related Finance Transactions.
- Update the Contract Service title structure based on Service, Contract Scheme, and Booking Type settings; include script to update existing titles.
- Add the "Used in Charging?" field to the Care Provider Invoicing Business Module for Timeband Sets.
- Modify the Generic Debtors Extract to add new fields for Ledger Code and Short Code at Level 2 and Level 3 positions.
- Update Timeband validation to prevent overlapping rates for the same day/time and provide detailed error messages if duplicates are detected.

- Adding a toggle to the Staff Availability to hide ended Staff Contracts by default making it more efficient and easy for users to manage active contracts.
