Feature Updates
Person Responsible Team Population
The 'Responsible Team' field for the 'Child Records' below are now populated based on the 'Responsible Team' field of the 'Parent Records' shown below:
Parent Record | Child Record |
Person | All records which are accessed after entering the Person Record, for example the Care Plan is a child of the Person record. |
Person Contract | All records which are accessed after entering the Person Contract, for example if the Person Contract has a 'Responsible Team' team of 'A' then any new 'Person Contract Service' records added and any new 'Bed Allocation' records added (Child of Person Contact Service) will have the 'Responsible Team' of 'A' |
If a 'Responsible Team' needs to be updated for a set of records then the user can go to the Parent record and use the Assign feature shown below to update the 'Responsible Team' for that record and all of the child records for that Parent record.
Advanced Search Parent Record Sort By
When an Advanced search has been made which has a Parent Record within it, the user can now include fields from this Parent record in the Sort By criteria at the point of saving the record.
To do this the Parent Record Field must be included within the 'Choose Columns' feature:

Booking Diary Staff
Attendance Duration
Where the start and end time of individual staff members is captured for a booking, the duration of each staff member's attendance is now calculated and can be found in Advanced Search and added to dashboards.
Distance from Booking Address
When a user starts a visit using the Domiciliary Mobile Application, the distance in miles from their current location to the address of the booking is calculated. This is captured on the individual Booking Diary Staff record.
Care Plan
Details
An additional filter has been added to the Care Plan Details screen to select either the 'Draft' or 'Authorised' Care Plan to view the needs, outcomes and actions for each separately.
Copy Function
An issue has been resolved where the relevant Activity of Daily Living selections were not populating on Care Plan Outcomes or Actions when they were copied from an existing Care Plan.
Care Diary
A new field 'Date and Time Occurred' has been added to Care Diary records, to enable the recording of when that care was given and provide a comparison against the time that the care was scheduled for.
Authorise Plan
Care Plans now need to be Authorised before regular Care can be created for that Care Plan.
Daily Care Recording
Updates have been made to some existing Daily Care items to increase the level of detail that may be recorded for the care given, including:
- Mobility
- Activities
- Daily Personal Care
- Behaviour Incidents
- Toileting (renamed to 'Continence Care')
- Turning (renamed to 'Repositioning')
Additionally, a new Daily Care item has been made available:
- Personal Safety and Environment
- Emotional Support
- Pain Management
Mobile App
Updates have been made to the Mobile App:
- Repositioning Record
- Mobility Record
- Recent Injury icon has been added - this will show when the Resident has a 'Reportable Event Impact' (Person > Related Items) of 'Impact Type' 'Incident'. There must also be a Reportable Event (Workplace > Quality and Compliance) with the 'Applicable Event Type' of 'Incident'.
- The Recent Injury Tolerance (days since event to show in the Mobile App) can be set in Care Provider Settings, and is released as 7 days
- New indicator for how many records have been completed per period of the day (e.g. 1 of 2 completed at night, 3 of 3 complete in morning) and if any are overdue.
- The Overdue Tolerance can be set per Care Task in the Care Task Reference Data:
