Marking Alert and Hazard Types as Key Risk

Information identified as a 'Key Risk' is shown when viewing a Person in the mobile app. The Key Risk tag will display on the details screen, and on the banner when completing a care record.

Some information is automatically considered a Key Risk, for example:

  • Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
  • Evacuation Required
  • Allergies and Intolerances

To set any Person Alerts/Hazards as a Key Risk:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Configuration > Reference Data.
  2. Expand the Person section, and select Alert And Hazard Types.

  1. Select a record from the list to identify it as a Key Risk.

  1. Select Yes for the Valid for Key Risk.
  2. Select the Save button on the toolbar.
