Tracing Performance Issues
In the event of performance issues, tracing can be viewed to help investigate issues.
Tracing can be activated in the following way:
- Navigate to a System User record in the usual way.
- Select the Details tab.
- Go to the Account section.
- Change the Logging Level to Information.
This logging level will allow for the system to log each step of the staff logic and can be utilised to determine how long each step is taking.
