FAQ - Why do Medications show as "Not Recorded" or "No Visit"

Not Recorded

Medications are automatically set to 'Not Recorded' if the Medication has not been recorded in the Mobile App by the time the Medication Diary End Date + the 'Medication Not Recorded Tolerance (minutes)' has passed.

No Visit

Medications are automatically set to 'No Visit' if

  • the Medication has not been recorded in the Mobile App by the time the Medication Diary End Date + the 'Medication Not Recorded Tolerance (minutes)' has passed
  • AND the Person has an active contract with Scheduling enabled
  • AND the Person has no Diary Bookings for that day

Medication Not Recorded Tolerance (minutes) - Setting

The 'Medication Not Recorded Tolerance (minutes)' can be set in Settings > Care Provider Setting

Scheduled Job: Create not recorded Medications Administered records

This scheduled Job is used to process the above data and runs every 15 minutes, but can be run manually if required.
