Summary
Enhancements: Focus on Rostering and Travel Reimbursements, Mobile App and Medication Management. These enhancements aim to improve the overall functionality and user experience of the system.
New Features: Pay and expenses, including additional filters for payroll batches and extracts.
Updates: The Care Cloud logo has been replaced by 'Care Business Management' as the new name for the product.
Defects resolved: Focus on Invoicing, Rostering and Mobile App areas.
Enhancements
Rostering User Experience - Express Book
Publish Bookings
The new Publish Booking feature, previously added to Schedule Screen, has now been added to the Provider and People Schedule areas.

'Works At' for Local System Admin
The 'Works At' feature on Staff Contracts has been extended to the Employee Type “Local System Admin”. This will mean that users of type Local System Admin will be able to schedule Staff members with a 'Works At' location matching their Provider access (without needed to share a team membership with the Staff member).
Sorting
The Provider Diary now includes sorting options, enhancing user experience. By default, the diary is sorted primarily by Staff with Bookings, followed by a secondary sort by First Name in alphabetical order (A-Z). Users also have the flexibility to adjust the sort order to either First Name alphabetical (A-Z) or reverse alphabetical (Z-A), catering to individual preferences.
Travel Reimbursements
Additional options have been added for Spilt Shifts and are covered in the overall Travel Reimbursements guide : Setting Up Travel Reimbursements
Mobile App
Booking Information
The Role, Payroll ID, Contract Start Date and Contracted Hours per Week information has been removed from bookings in the Mobile App as it is unnecessary personal information to display in the Mobile App Bookings.
Offline Working for Locations
A new Business Module, controlled by OneAdvanced, has been introduced to manage the availability of Location-based Care offline in the Mobile App. This update affects customers using the Mobile App for Residential Care and those utilising BTC1 (bookings to Locations) within the app.
As a result of this release, Offline Working for these scenarios will be disabled by default. This change aims to prevent unnecessary data downloads related to offline Location-based Care, enhancing overall efficiency.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you need Offline Working to be enabled for your use case, please submit a support ticket or contact your project manager to request this adjustment
Performance Improvements
Continued performance improvements for the Mobile App
Medication Management
Medication Administered Records and Medication Diary records will now be automatically updated to a "No Visit" status under specific conditions:
- The Medication has not been recorded in the Mobile App by the time the Medication Diary End Date + the 'Medication Not Recorded Tolerance (minutes)' has passed
- AND the Person has an active contract with Scheduling enabled
- AND the Person has no Diary Bookings for that day
The update is limited to Person Contracts linked to Providers with Scheduling enabled.
To reflect this change, the Medication Administration Record (MAR) chart now includes a new indicator, "NV", signifying the "No Visit" status.

New Features
Pay & Expenses
Payroll Batches and Extract Filters
The Payroll Extracts have been enhanced with additional fields, including Role Type, Employee, and Team, providing greater control over the data extracted.
Similarly, the Payroll Batch feature now includes Role Type and Team fields, allowing for more precise control over the data included in the batch.
A new functionality has also been introduced, enabling users to preview the Payroll Batch without updating the data to an 'Extracted' status. This preview option is accessible via the menu, as shown below.

Expenses
A Staff contract field has been added to Recurring Expenses and Expenses so that Expenses can be associated to the correct Contract. For existing records which have not yet been extracted the new contract field will be set to the most recent active Contract, please manually change this if not correct.

The 'Care Cloud' logo has been removed as part of our transition to rebranding the product as 'Care Business Management'.

A Leaver Flag has been added to 'Employee Extract' used with the Advanced Pay Integration.

Known Issues
The National Minimum Wage Top Up Calculation has been temporarily removed from the Pay Extracts due to its current incomplete state. This change affects only customers who have configured National Minimum Wage for Pay within the system. A future release is planned to reinstate and complete this functionality.
