Recording Daily Care

Daily Care recording screens are accessed by navigating to Menu > Daily Care from the Person record.

There are a variety of options for different types of care:

Each Daily Care record has the following common fields: 

  • Linked Activities of Daily Living (ADL) – allowing records to be grouped on the ADL for reports. 
  • Handover Section – setting this to Yes and recording a comment will display this record in the Handover tab in the Care Plan as well as a central location: Workplace > My Work > Handovers.



Care Plan Document Configuration

System Admin access is required for this configuration.

The Documents area of the system (Settings > Forms Management > Documents) contains all the Assessments which are accessible via the Care Plan Assessments tab on the Person record. 

  1. Select Published Care Plan Documents from the System View of the Documents area to view existing Care Plan Documents). Note that the Form Types available for selection in the Care Plan Assessment are the Care Plan Documents created here. 
  2. To create a Care Plan Document, you must select ‘Care Plan Form’ in the Category field when creating the Document. 

The 'SDE Mapping Mode' on the Document allows answers from a previously completed Form to be copied when a new Form of the same type is created for the same Person. This mandatory field will determine the behaviour of the specific Form.
