Introduction to Booking Type Class

Mohammed Jamal Updated by Mohammed Jamal

Booking Types are defined by the Care Provider and represents the individual type of booking which a Provider delivers. Once Booking Types have been created, to enable their use, they must be linked to a Provider and an Employment Contract in order to enable bookings to take place. Each Booking Type has a Booking Type Class attached to it.

The Booking Type Class can be defined as follows:

Numeric Code

Booking (to internal care activity)

Defined by a Staff and a Provider location.

It is possible to have more than one Staff member allocated to the booking.

It is possible to have more than one Staff member allocated to the booking.

Like the above but for an activity undertaken outside of the care home that is non-paid.
