Staff Training Items Setup

The Reference Data for Staff Training Items allows an organisation to configure which training items a staff may undertake. 

To add and manage Staff Training Items:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Configuration > Reference Data. The 'Reference Data' page is displayed.
  2. Expand Care Provider Staff Training, and select Staff Training Items. The 'Staff Training Items' page is displayed.
  3. Select the Create new record button on the toolbar.
  4. Complete the fields on the page, mandatory fields are marked with a red asterisk *.
  5. The Training Type has two options to select from: General and Person Specific. The latter is specifically for Person Specific Training.
  6. Select the Save or Save and Close button.
