Master Configuration
- User can specify a folder location for the export - <CM2000 File Path>
- User can specify the run frequency in hours (max 24, min 1) - default as 4 hours - <CM2000 Export Frequency>
- User can specify the Providers to run the extract for - <Provider Multiple Select>
- User must add a CM2000 point of contact - <System User Multi look up>
Planned Visits

11 | EMPTY | Alarm Time | Int | No | This sets an Real Time Alert after X mins. If the Planned visits is in the past it does not create an alert. If the client has set a Real Time Alert this will override the value in the client records for this planned visit. If not supplied then system will generate an alert based on the settings within the client. |
12 | EMPTY | Staff Alarm Time | Int | No | This indicates if the planned visit should create a Staff Safe Alert after X mins of the planned visit end, if the carer has not logged out of the visit. |
