FAQ - Why can't we see all Residents in the Mobile App?

For the Residential Mobile App, the following is required to see the Residents (aka People We Support / Person record):

The Resident needs to have:

  • a Person Contract record for the correct Care Home (i.e. Establishment field).
  • at least one Care Plan with a status of Not Authorised or Authorised.

The System User (aka Staff Member/Mobile App User) needs to have:

  • Team membership shared with the same Responsible Team of the Resident record.
  • Employment Contract with the same Responsible Team of each Provider that they work at.
  • Team membership to the relevant Reference Data Team(s) so that the user can see the correct groups of reference data.

Note: A System User with an Employee Type of either 'System Admin' or 'Local System Admin' does not require an employment contract to view information in the mobile app (available in version 6.4.17 of the mobile app).

After checking the above, either log back into the app or open the side menu and click the Home button to refresh the Residents displayed.
