Feature Updates

Bed Admin Changes

Bed Contract Type(s) have been added to Beds.

Each Bed can have one or many Bed Contract Type(s) and each Bed Contract Type(s) can have their own Start and End Dates (Date Periods).

If there is more than one Bed Contract Type(s)  for a bed then the  Date Period for these cannot overlap. Validation is in place to stop the user doing this. A bed can only have one Bed Contract Type(s) at any one point in time.

 The New fields are:

“Bed Contract Type”  (An empty reference table which Customers can populate themselves)

Date From”

Date To”

A New Field of “Bed Banding” (An empty reference table which Customers can populate themselves)  has also been added to the Room record.

Bookmarks Extension

The Bookmarks feature has been extended so that more parts of the system can be saved as a bookmark for quick navigation. When using the Menu, a right click on an icon will now allow you to bookmark that area.

System User Work Email Field

A new mandatory yes/no field “Requires a Correspondence via Email , eg Payslips" has been added to the System User Phone & Email section.

If "Requires a Login?" = Yes OR "Requires a Correspondence via Email , eg Payslips" = Yes then "Work Email (Used in MFA)" is now mandatory. Else the "Work Email (Used in MFA)" is not mandatory

Default System User System Language

A New system setting: "SystemDefaultLanguage" has been added which will pre-populate all new System Users' "System Language" according to its' value.

System User Summary

A System User Summary Tab has been added, similar to the Person Summary Tab. Here Dashboards can be added and selected for viewing:

Security Profile by Persona

A new tab has been added to the Secuirty Profile Screen to show the Persona(s) that profile has been assigned to:

Address Look Up / Gazetteer

Entering Person, System User and Provider addresses can now be done using an Address Look Up service. When enabled a an "Address Search" button appears under the Address details. Enter the Address details known and then click the button to search for a matching address.

To enable this and discuss any associated licenses please contact your Account, Project or Product Manager.

Person (Service User) Absences

When a Person Absence is created with an end date, existing bookings that occur during the absence are presented with the option to cancel the bookings. For full details, see the article Person Absences.

Regular Care

The 'Mode of Care Delivery' chosen in Care Provider Setup will determine which features are visible under a Person's Care Plan. The following features are available when 'Mode of Care Delivery' is set to 'Residential'. More information on these features can be found in the article Recording a Care Plan.

Care Periods

Care Periods may be set up via Settings > Care Provider Setup > Care Periods, to define the shifts at an organisation. This enables Care that is not time-critical to be scheduled during a selected shift, or Care Period, rather than at a specific time.

Care Schedule

Each Regular Care record may now be associated to a recurring schedule. Once saved, the Regular Care may be set to occur on an hourly, daily, or weekly frequency - at a specific time or during a specific shift.

Care Diary

The Care Diary displays all scheduled care for a Person for the next seven days. This is updated with any changes to the Care Schedule.

Day/Night Checks

Day/Night Checks has been renamed to Welfare Checks and has a number of new fields to enable more detail to be collected in the record:

A summary text automatically-generated by the information entered into the care record.

Keyworker Notes

Keyworker Notes has been updated to include new fields:
