System Dashboards

A System Dashboard can display, in a single screen, the Care Cloud data that a team or user needs, to perform their tasks. By default, System Dashboards are available to all Users and Teams in your organisation, but you can, if required, restrict access to those with a specified Security Profile.

The System Dashboard is comprised of widgets that can be configured to display a grid, list or chart view of record data, a chart with drill-through functionality, an external web page (IFrame), or a HTML resource.

Users can access System Dashboards through a Dashboards tab on their Home Screen, or by navigating to Workplace > My Work > Dashboard. A similar Dashboard drop-down appears on the Home Screen (see the Home Screens section for more details).

Creating a System Dashboard

System Dashboards can be accessed by users alongside Dashboards that they have created themselves (My Dashboards), or Dashboards that have been shared with them by other users (Shared Dashboards).

To access System Dashboards:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Views & Dashboards > System Dashboards.
