Assigning System Users to a Persona
To assign System Users to a Persona:
- Select the Persona to open it.
- Select Menu > Related Items > System User Personas.
- Select the Create new record button.
The 'System User Persona: New' page is displayed:
- Select the System User or use the Lookup System User magnifying glass to find the user.
- Select the Save or Save and Close button on the toolbar.
- Repeat the previous steps to add additional System Users as required.
